SECTION B - NON-TENURED - NON-RENEWAL

A non-tenured Teacher eligible for tenure whose employment shall not be renewed for the following school year shall be notified of such decision pursuant to the School Code. Any Teacher so affected shall have the right to submit a written appeal to the Board and may request a meeting with the Board at which further or elaborative evidence may be presented provided such request shall be submitted in writing by the teacher within ten (10) days of initial notification of intention not to renew his/her employment.
